The VG Family
Vanguard is an elite and growing eSports community, rooting from a group of friends who intended to establish competition in every domain they entered—a united family of average & professional players seeking one goal: to compete at the highest level.
In Clash Royale, which is a game that only allows you to be a part of one clan, Vanguard creates a larger connection to other clans, to teams and people that will—and I guarantee it—help you improve your gameplay. It is a family of clans, and this connection, this friendship amongst players, keeps the game interesting for many players. Many causal players find themselves more involved in the community than the game itself.
At the heart of organizing and regulating the clans is one of the managers, Ny, who I’ve had the luxury of interviewing myself. Most of us know of Ny, without every really getting to know him: his experience with merging clans, with leading, with talking to other players are only some of the experiences that he’s had.
“Helping a new clan merge with the community is not an easy task, especially when you’re trying to bring over 300 players together” he says, showing how difficult it can be to appeal to everyone’s individual needs. But Ny has helped made a system for the process—to talk to the new members and leaders, and through his communication with the other founders, Vanguard has been able to find success. Ny himself is an average player, but he aims to become better as he invests his time to helping the community. Vanguard is a growing community, leaving a larger footprint now than it ever has before, and as it grows, Ny spends more time trying to run things smoothly.
But even in the middle of his work, Ny finds time to sit back and enjoy the camaraderie: “I feel that we have successfully created a community for us to learn, laugh and compete with friends and players from all over the world. Some of the relationships that I've built through Vanguard can not be replaced and I'm positive there are many others in the community that can agree.”
If you have questions about joining Vanguard, he’s the guy you should talk to—he’s the guy that I talk to still too 😉
